Resolved - Passport Wallet transactions are fully functional.

Monitoring - Magic have finished reverting their changes. We have observed a complete recovery with Passport Wallet transactions.

Identified - We have identified that a change made by Magic Labs is preventing Passport wallets from transacting.

Magic are working to revert their changes with restoration expected by 01:45 UTC.

NFT listing failure
Resolved - On the 28th November 2025 the Immutable Orderbook experienced a partial outage for NFT listing and cancellations. This incident was resolved at 11:00AM by our team.

Our team has retrospectively filled this incident to provide public transparency to our outages and after internal incident review has implemented additional protections to ensure that similar failures will not occur in future.
